Tesla Service Devon

From a service perspective, I have had nothing but a great experience! Everything so far from drop-off to my concerns has been handled, I was even given a complimentary loaner without asking for it. This place truly shows how great customer service can be.

Waited months to get door and water leak fixed. Day comes and its done next day awesome. Car still leaks and cause the door handle to get water damaged. Told them about it then pushed it back 2 weeks. I fixed it myself and the door within a day by myself. Didn't seem to care and wasn't much help. They were faster to cancel my appointment then to assist me.

Long story short, I came here they messed up and when I told them they handled the situation like professionals who value the customer. I will come here again and I have no reservations saying you should trust them too! My story: I brought my Tesla in because of vibrations coming from a wheel at highway speeds. They said they fixed it and I could pick it up in the afternoon. On the way home I saw the problem was still there. Dropped it back off and informed the car was not fixed. They reimbursed me for the work. The next day they were able to identify the root cause of issue and fixed it, luckily that was covered by the warranty. I want to emphasize that when I informed them of their mistakes in thinking the car was fixed they owned up to the issue and worked to get my car fixed quickly

I visited three Tesla stores in the space of 2 days. First one was in Christiana Mall, where the staff didn't make me feel welcome, and didn't inspire me to buy anything. The second store I went to was in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In this store, the staff were smug and uninviting and less than helpful. They referred me to the Devon site. In Devon I met Ryan, Jack, and Jessica. Each of them were pleasant and inviting. They quickly showed me a car that I liked and helped facilitate the purchase. I recommend that if you are going to a dealership to look for a Tesla, you skip the other places and head right to Devon and seek these folks out. There's a lot of smug to go around in the Tesla dealerships, and Devon didn't seem to have any.

Courteous, helpful, cheerful, efficient! Fixed a problem that a different service center failed to fix.
