Ed Forde Services Center

I was away for the weekend and my car kept over heating. I got back from my trip on a Monday afternoon, I called Ed Forde Seevice center as soon as I got home. I explained my situation about the overheating. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and told me to drop it off the next day. They took a look at my car and I was very impressed with the diagnostic report. They even sent photos of everything that needed to be fixed. Turns out I needed a new radiator and belt. I got both issues fixed and my car has been great ever since! This place is convenient being that it’s around the corner from my work. Every time I bring my car here, it’s exceptional service and Sparky is the best!

I was driving home Between seven and 8 o’clock at night, my tire light came on and I could tell my car was off kilter. I was worried about having a flat tire when I woke up in the morning. A repair station a little farther up the road. I pulled in and you guys were standing there locking the door ready to close and go home. I jumped out my car and asked if the one guy was Eddie because it’s Ed Ford service center. I saw his tag and said can I please have you look at my tire? I know you’re going home but I’m afraid of getting a flat he immediately without hesitation responded positively. Apparently it was Eddie. The absolute best! My jeep was making a squeaky sound that another mechanic couldn’t diagnose. Ed took a spin with me (and my dog). Listened to the sound and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the next day!! Thank God that squeak is gone, it was driving me nuts!!!

Brought trailers for service and inspection - staff was quick, helpful and flexible. Will certainly return with the rest of our vehicles.

Have been here several times and I recommend them to anybody in the area, they've always been upfront and honest about what needs done and what can wait until you see them next, great people.
