BriteWash Auto Wash

I guess this is only a good place to come if your car is fairly clean. I noticed dirt still on the hood when the vehicle was completed so I went back around and it was wiped down again. Not well enough as you can see from the pictures. Paid extra for pet hair removal and rubber mat cleaning. The pet hair is gone but as you can see, the mats weren’t “cleaned” at all. Such a disappointment for what I paid and what I received to still drive 30 minutes home to Fairfax in a dirty Jeep.

I was excited to try this place out but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I paid $42 dollars to get the interior and exterior cleaned and both were done extremely poorly. I paid to have the undercarriage of my car washed in addition to the normal clean and my car looks worse than if i just paid 5 bucks to go through a gas station car wash. The interior clean was so rushed and there is still dirt and dust all under my seats and in the trunk, they didn’t bother to clean the navigation screen at all, the dash still has scuffs on it, the back of my seats still have dirt marks on them, and there is still stickiness and dried drinks in my cup holder. I didn’t get to inspect the car until I got home because they rushed me out of there so that another car could be cleaned behind mine. Su

First time I took my s2000 here was today. And let me tell you, very impressed with the professionalism and level of service. My man CJ and his crew took awesome care of my car. She’s shinning like a Diamond!! Highly recommend this place if you want or need your car to look brand new. Definitely my new spot for my car detailing needs.

I paid for the ultimate wash which includes wax, wheel cleaner and tire shine among other things. But when I went through the wash the brushes were dry and no liquids were sprayed on my car other than the rinse at the end. There was no soap, my tires definitely weren’t shined, and the wheels were not cleaned. The $21 I paid was a waste of money and I won’t be going there anymore.

I was disappointed in the wash and even more disappointed in the service. I got the Ultimate Wash which costs 19.99 instead of 10.99 and includes extra services like "Tire brush bar", "Blue coral wheel cleaner", "Black Magic tire shine", and "Extra effort on pre-wash". There were several spots on the car that came out with streaks of dirt and the tires and wheels were far from clean. I immediately assumed there was a mistake and I simply did not get the services I paid extra for but when I called to inquire, the person that answered the phone was pretty rude and basically said the tire shine won't shine like the stuff you spray out of a bottle and the wheel cleaner is only a spray on that does not clean brake dust and that I would need to pay an additional $7 for them to clean the wheel
