Kalen was my point of contact and was absolutely incredible. I got calls almost daily with updates on my vehicle. The Caliber team got my vehicle done a week ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job. The general manager took me out to my car the day of pickup to go over everything that was fixed and do an inspection to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Great communication, amazing customer service, very professional. Cannot say enough good things!

I haven't been to a body shop in quite awhile, but I will tell you that Caliber Collision gave me an amazing experience. Gal at the front desk was funny, friendly and informative. Kalen and the body shop team did an amazing job getting our van taken care of. They delivered two days early to their original estimate (smaller job - bumper replacement) but I will never complain about that. I recommend anyone who is looking for an auto body shop to check out Caliber Collision.

I am generally hesitant to provide anything less than a five-star review. The team operating this establishment demonstrates exceptional professionalism and their customer service consistently merits a five-star rating. However, I encountered a series of issues that necessitated multiple return visits for vehicle repairs. My new vehicle sustained damage to the passenger door. Upon initial retrieval, the repair appeared satisfactory. Nevertheless, the rear seating area contained white dust, and the exterior of the vehicle exhibited grease marks. While not a major concern, I would have appreciated a thorough vacuuming.
