I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and quality of work. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with such care as at Caliber in LG. From their updates, quality of work and professionalism, I’m blown away at how they had all of my best interests in mind. My car was finished earlier than expected it looks amazing! Thank you to Miguel and Sam who made repairs seem less. I would 150% return here if I ever need repairs again.
Alexander’s customer service is simply the best . Right from the first time I met him he gave me the assurance that he would look after me and my car. He fought with the insurance to get them to pay, proactively gave me regular updates and delivered the car right on time . Great service Alexander !!
