Classic Car Wash

It’s an absolute scam. They gave me an offer of two free car washes if I subscribe regardless even if I cancel. I fell for it and I bought the package even though I don’t live locally so three months went by I was overseas and I completely forgot until I was getting a car wash at my local city when I remembered oh I got a package so I called them to cancel since I don’t use it and I said I still have the two free car washes and he said no you’ll lose them if you cancel I said, but that wasn’t the deal and that’s why I got the offer since I don’t live locally but they said no you don’t get those but we can drop your price so then you can hold onto to the benefits. Rushed through my checkin(had to clarify needed the 55$ wash instead after walking inside to pay). The end result of interior cleaning was not worth 55$. Had to return right away to get it cleaned on missed areas. The attached pic is after they cleaned a second time after I returned within 2 minutes of exiting. So it was a complete dud. Can get interior steam cleaned on fb marketplace for 60$ instead.

I drove a Ford explorer, the driver seat area was the cleaner part. The middle row was half way clean and the trunk area was only vacuumed and not even cleaned. I paid a decent amount of money to have it cleaned and they only focused on the glamor spots or the areas that they know people only look at. But if you actually watch what they clean, it's half a$$ed cleaned. Stuff like this is why I refuse to get your memberships. Please retrain your staff.

it's not even half an hour since I left that car wash. the speed in which they washed my car is impressive, but it is certainly not synonymous with quality. I just got a $ 50 membership, which I honestly truly regret. worst wash ever

Natalie at the front desk was a major help in choosing a scent for my car she is doing the lords work. Someone needs to give her a raise!
