Today at your O’Reilly store, an employee named Angel behaved disrespectfully toward me. Even though I was next in line, he moved me to the back and treated me in an unprofessional manner. I was very disappointed with this behavior and kindly ask that appropriate action be taken to ensure better customer service in the future.

Both Jose’s were incredibly helpful with my coolant and synthetic oil purchases. They took the time to demonstrate and explain the right products for my car, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service—thank you!

This place is great. They swaped out my headlight bulbs for free, saving me so much time and money. If your check engine light goes on, go here first. They are so helpful.
