Crash Champions Collision Repair Los Gatos

I am very satisfied with the experience at Crash Champions. They work with Geico, my insurance company and Enterprise Car Rental in Campbell. Their Website Interface is very user friendly and everything is organized for timely appointments. I dropped off my car for a repair, received an estimate, a driver picked me up from Enterprise so I could get a rental there, rental picked up and I had a car for the whole amount my car was repaired. My car looks brand new again, came back washed and clean. Elisha and Mike helped me and informed me about all updates. Thank you for everything!

I repaired our Q7 here, referred by Geico, replaced a hood and a fender after the branch fell on it during the storm - totally tree’s fault on that one!) Service was very helpful and friendly, they communicated well and kept me updated on the status of the repair. This location is just a drop off and pick up, the body shop itself is offsite; I’d prefer if it was a same location. The repair work was not perfect in my opinion, the hood was color-matched well but slightly vertically mis-aligned (I’d notice if I was buying a used car); also one of sound-proofing panel behind the fender was not re-attached well and was moving and making noise. We had to drive to the body shop location (few miles away) and they fixed the panel but could not fix the hood alignment (it was minor, to be fair). Anyw

Friendly, super efficient, lots of communication throughout the process. Seamlessly worked with the Enterprise Rental car agency to handle my temporary car. I had been hit while parked by another car and this company, recommended by the other driver’s insurance company Geico, made the repair process quick and painless. They even cleaned the car inside and out! Will use for sure if needed in the future.

The repair process after my car was damaged from an attempted break-in was very smooth and simple, which I appreciate as someone who doesn't know much about cars and can find the process intimidating. Everyone was friendly and efficient, I received text updates throughout, and my car was ready a day before the expected finish date. I used my Geico insurance for the claim, and everything went very smoothly. Hopefully I won't need to pay them a visit anytime soon, but if something happens in the future, I'll definitely bring my car back here!

I wanted to start off by this is my second time I come here to this location with a different vehicle, but last week I had a great experience with their service. I had to come in for a small fender bender, and the Kristina M. Did a great job taking care of my car. She kept me informed at all time how my car was doing, and when my car was done she showed me how great this place works. My car looks amazing and I am thankful for the staff that connected and acted very professional. Great affordable place and great quality. -satisfied customer
