Monica was a star. She provided excellent service, and she was extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and capable. She went above and beyond to help fix an issue created by another shop. 5 stars. Couldn't be happier.

Here from out of town when my tire blew. Called at 8am and Monica had a full set of tires ready to go by 9am. Thank you Kayla for such a quick switch out. I’m very impressed by both of you ladies. I do not leave many reviews, so please know I’m very appreciative. Happy Valentines Day.

The team at the Los Gatos Wheelworks are a very friendly customer focused group. My Technician,Kyle, was extremely professional, friendly, cheerful, and efficient in servicing my vehicle. I had my rear brakes serviced today at Wheel Works. There was a delay due to the wrong part being ordered, but Monica, the store manager, was very communicative and accommodating throughout the process. She acknowledged the mistake and apologized, which I really appreciated. Wes, the mechanic who worked on my car, was also kind and professional. Even though it took a bit longer, the honesty and customer service stood out. Friendly staff and a positive experience overall.

Kayla is a superhero and changed out the tires so fast. I’m super impressed. I very rarely leave a review so thank you to the ladies for handling business.
