The work completed on my SUV, along with the exceptional service makes Caliber Collision a top choice for vehicle repairs. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Nicole was my Service Advisor and she was outstanding. The communication was regular and consistent. I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. The rattle that plagued me for many months is now gone. The repair on the door looks perfect and I am extremely happy! I also met Katie, a manager , who was also very customer focused and helpful! This is a fabulous repair shop!

The customer service was amazing! They did a great job on my car repairs with a fast turnaround time and frequent updates throughout the process. Danielle was extremely helpful in explaining the process from start to finish! 10/10 recommend!
