If your vehicle is slightly dusty, this wash may get it clean. However, if you have 2 days worth of road dirt from rainy weather... not likely to get it all off. Im sure the owners and workers are already aware that this car wash does not actually "wash" your car, due to them prescrubing just about the whole vehicle. They do offer plenty of add-ons to make your vehicle and the dirt shine in the sun, though. Then there's the vacuums, which only gives 2 minutes to use for $2. If you pay for there "top tier" $20 wash (which is a gimmick) you do get a vacuum token. Overall, this is essentially a glorified rinse station to tidy up you clean car. Not a place to take the family hauler. Save your money.

The staff is by far the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a car wash. Very friendly but not pushy trying to get you to buy some nonsense you don’t need. They have a touch and a touch-less wash which I really appreciate as too many passes through the touch wash can really scratch your paint. Usually I just run through the touch-less and you can see the impressive results. I think we’d all appreciate some shade over the vacuums but I really can’t complain about anything else.

Scam with the prices - sister locations offer unlimited for $15 instead of 10 mins; app is faulty and mis informed - reply to owner - yes I called twice after visiting Richmond Hill location and realizing that the app said how ever much for 10mins but that was incorrect as well as no qr codes in car wash bags and y'all basically saying you'll get this if you pay and deducting minutes ... Left a call back number to no avail TWICE so the one star is a WELLL DESERVED Number seeing as that was weeks ago and no call back ...

They have a true touchless wash between the self clean bays and the brush wash but it's terrible. $20 for the top wash options and it is not good at all. A waste of money. My car is still super dirty and it wasn't even that dirty to begin with. If you don't care about getting swirl marks from the regular brush wash then that maybe the better option but I would not go back with my car.

I went through the touch free and and purchased the $20 wash. Everything seemed fine until i got out to do a quick wipe down on what the vacuum didn’t get. The side of my SUV had soap residue all over it. The residue seemed the be due to the machine not rinsing all the soaps off properly. I showed one of the staff and he tried to tell me it was just dirt and tried to compare my black truck to a white truck coming out of the wash. He stated you can talk to the manager to see if you can run it through again, I told him I wasn’t looking for a free wash I was just making him aware, because the SUV that came out right after mine also had residue and that vehicle just looked like it needed a touch up before it went in but need a full wash coming out.
