Cascade Truck & RV Wash

They are very fast — about 15 minutes max per truck or trailer wash. The speed is impressive, but it does come with a drawback. A few spots were missed: one of my mud flaps wasn’t washed, most of the back of my truck was still dirty, and the fuel tanks were not cleaned properly. If you’re in a rush, it works, but don’t expect a detailed wash.

Horrible place. Quoted me 105 for no chemical just clean truck. Crazy prices double what idaho is. Plus guy doesnt speak english very well. Dont recomend dont support being talked to obvious huge language miscommunication. Such a simple request. Reviewing their place. Absolutly filty and random candy and soda cases every where. Cashier sat in rolling chair blocking front man door for 2 min before asked me what i needed. Simple waste of time. Dont trust anyone to wash my truck who doesnt speak english.

They will tell you out front they take com checks, inside they will say they don't. After some fuss the owner will produce a blank com check from the desk drawer. They only understand express code and are not familiar with any of the other methods of creating a com check. Owner told me he called it in and was not valid. I told him I didn't believe him, and to do it again. It went through, what do you know.

Cost $220 and only washed about half the truck. 1 stack didnt get washed, trailer doors nope no need to touch them top of rig why no one can see it only the right side of the visor half the fuel tank left big areas on the sleeper untouched wheels only on the side facin up, really gone down hill in there, cant seem to get a quality wash. Sure was uick to collect that money an send ya on ur way tho.

For $165, they did an extremely poor job washing our Peterbilt and drop deck. We specifically said NO BRIGHTENER!! They put brightener on it, ruining a $400 polish job, charged $50 for just the brightener, then acted like they didn’t speak English afterwards. Very upset. We won’t go back. There are many spots that were missed, even after asking them to fix it. They missed rims, stacks, mirrors, windows…. Complete waste of money.
