I contacted Seth Motors on 2/11/26 when my car began bogging down from a stop. They mentioned they were backed up, but still got the vehicle in quickly, which I appreciated. I explained upfront that I had purchased the car for $1,000 and didn’t have much money to put into repairs. I was told they would “take a look at it.” At no point was a diagnostic fee discussed, nor did I sign or verbally authorize any billable labor. The next morning, when I stopped by to grab items from my trunk, Joe said they were preparing an estimate. Later that afternoon, I was quoted nearly $2,900 for repairs. I specifically asked them to email the estimate and clearly stated: **Do not perform any work until I review what I can afford and schedule only necessary repairs on payday.** I did not authorize any diag

Love these guys!! I just moved to the area a few months back and have been looking for a new auto mechanic. These guys completely lived up to their stellar reviews. A few days before my appointment with Seth's, I had studded tires put on for the season at Les Schwab's in Cle Elum. The staff at Les Schwab's told me that I needed to change my front brake pads ASAP. However, Seth's staff informed me that the pads were still at 5 mm and that they didn't need to be changed until they were closer to 2 mm. Clearly Seth's staff is honest and looking out for their costumers' well being (which includes our wallets). A full synthetic oil change, new filter and complete diagnostic on my car came in at under 200, not to mention the money saved by being able to use the break pads until at least Spring

Seth Motors really helped us out of a jam. Our vehicle's transmission went out in the middle of a 300 mile trip. It was 4:40 pm and the other repair shops I called said they couldn't help until the next morning. Seth Motors answered the call and said they would run a diagnostic right away and even let us use their loaner in order to keep an important medical appointment. We are so thankful for their expertise and professionalism. Thanks again !

Seth Motors goes the extra mile! We had our car towed there on a Friday afternoon 45 minutes before closing. It was a simple fix, but I didn’t expect them to get it done before they closed for the weekend. They stayed late and got our car back to us! We appreciate Seth Motors going above and beyond!
