Had an incident with a tow truck had more damaged than it revealed. They took care of us and went the extra mile and even detailed our vehicle. Great customer service very happy with the work.

After having body work done at another local shop and not being happy with the quality of work I decided to give ProStar a try. The communication was awesome, they called me multiple times with updates on parts as well as when they expected to have it finished. The truck looks better than new! Dont hesitate to trust them with your car! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my truck!

From the day I walked in to discuss my vehicle's damages, to the moment I walked out after picking up my GMC Yukon, I was treated with care and professionalism. They updated me frequently on the progress, and were honest and informative regarding how the insurer was likely to respond. The work completed looks amazing, and the over-the-top detailing of the vehicle before I picked it up was quite the personal touch. I'll be referring my client's to ProStar as I'm in the insurance business. It's great knowing business's like these in our town of Ellensburg.

The team not only gave me my car back better than before the accident they detailed the entire inside! There was not a price of dust in it when I picked up! I had to replace The bumper on my Audi Q5 recently due to a rear ending. Dealing with Allstate was an absolute nightmare, but the owners of pro star collision, Justin and Staci, were extremely professional and patient as I navigated getting my insurance to pay for the entirety of the repair. The replacement bumper looks amazing and my car was given back to me in brand new condition. The interior and exterior of my car was completely detailed beautifully! I so appreciate the honest communication and excellent work that ProStar provided for me! I highly recommend them!
