I broke down on my way to Olympia about 15 miles out of Ellensburg on a Friday night just after 5pm. Dean was available and ready to drive me anywhere I wanted, including back home to Pullman! He was so kind, offered suggestions of local mechanics open on weekends, and offered to give me rides while I was waiting to get back home. Highly suggest if you ever need a tow in the area!!

Dean from Deans Towing provided a great service! Called to confirm vehicle location, loaded vehicle quickly and drove cautiously to our address. Also a giant HAPPY BIRTHDAY to his wife!

10/10 recommend!!! Dean and Chris were extremely helpful in a stressful situation! They came to my vehicle in a timely manner. Dean knew of a potential recall on my engine. They were able to tow me from Ellensburg to Bellingham (home) the same day, without delay. Chris was a great driver and very entertaining! I didn't do any cost comparisons as I was broken down hours away from home and just needed to get back, but I would absolutely use Dean's towing again and again!! Thank you!

Dean is remarkable- he really helped me out in a pinch. Broke down on I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Had to leave the car to catch a ride and Dean towed it to a local shop for repair without us being on site. Great communication, reasonably priced, honest guy. Highly recommend.

Chris was amazing. Incredible service. Communication was fantastic. He treated my old truck with care and respect. My insurance called another company out of Sunnyside who were shady, had me waiting 4+ hrs so I cancelled it and called Dean's. Chris not only showed up in 10 minutes! (I was in Ellensburg) He also has my Truck and little Utility trailer hooked up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Very skillfully parked it at a spot at the dealership. 10/10 highly recommend. My only regret was not calling them FIRST.
