Got into an accident earlier this month and came here as one of the shops recommended by the person responsible’s insurance. Dropped my car off on Tuesday, got it back on Friday the same week. Great repair job by the folks over there. Really appreciate Jeremy for all the help and walking me through the process, really great guy. Would recommend. 👍

I had a great experience at UAC body shop. They remembered my name and clearly communicated with me. The repair is perfect, the guys there did a great job. On top of the repair they even cleaned a bunch of bumper sticker residue off the tailgate. Excellent customer service!

Body shop did a great job with the repair of our bumper after our son slid off I-90. Communication could have been faster. Emailing seemed to be the best way to communicate with them. They worked seamlessly with our insurance. I would use the body shop again.

I recently had to get my vehicles passenger mirror replaced and I was referred to UAC Body Shop. From start to finish Jeremy and his team did a great job of communicating options and timeliness to make sure it worked for me. Then when it came to the actual work they were speedy and the replacement was smooth. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went there to get a quote to fix his left rear over the tire. They were Ellensburg friendly. My husband got the paint for his truck so he be able to only have someone to repair and use his paint The gentleman want to make sure the paint would work, so he asked my husband to verify. We will be going back to get the work done. The price is very reasonable. The reason for the 4 stars we haven't got the work done yet.
