Central Pike Collision Repair did an excellent job on my Honda CRV. The team was friendly, provided a fair and reasonable quote, and completed the repair promptly. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do, they will be the first company I call. Highly recommended!

The repair work on my car was handled professionally, and I have no complaints about the quality. However, there's one detail that left me deeply upset. As part of their courtesy service, the team cleaned my windows — even though the work I brought my car in for had nothing to do with the windows. In doing so, they erased the nose prints left by my dog, who has recently passed away. Those prints weren’t just smudges or grime to me. My wife and I brought our vehicle to Central Pike Collision last week. Big mistake. Their website makes promises that they don't back up. For instance, their site says they accept all insurance. Yet when we told the manager that we have State Farm Insurance, he said "State Farm sucks" and said that they don't accept State Farm claims. Not exactly a professional a way to discuss this with a customer. Secondly, their website says they guarantee their work - yet when they left a yellowish-looking strip of paint in the middle of the passenger side door that they repaired, they wanted another $300 to correct their poor paint job. When we went to pick the vehicle up after the work was done, we were also surprised to be told they only accept cash or checks. That should be shared prior to w
