I just purchased a used Subaru Impreza and I took her here for spark plugs and an inspection. My representative Sharon took all my information and scheduled me an appointment. The day of the appointment, at the very moment I pulled into the service area a gentleman guided me into the service bay and Sharon came to greet me. We went over what was to be done and told me they would notify me of the progress. I received a text with the full diagnostic and what services were needed as well as the ability to accept or decline those that I wanted done.
