Classic Collision

I brought my 2024 Toyota 4Runner (only 10,000 miles on it) to Classic Collision after damaging the rear quarter panel and taillight in an accident. What followed was nearly two months of delays, poor communication, and ultimately disappointing, substandard workmanship — all for a repair that cost nearly $17,000. When I picked up the vehicle, I was shocked by the condition it was returned in. The interior hadn’t been vacuumed and showed no signs of a proper cleaning — instead, it looked like someone had sprayed chemical cleaner or Armor All across surfaces without care, leaving visible staining and permanent discoloration on both the seats and plastic. The staff was very helpful and got my car fixed in decent time as we had to wait for parts from the lower 48! Jackie was super nice and kept us informed weekly on the progress of the car. The receptionist is super nice as well.

They got my car done faster than anticipated, kept me updated throughout the process and even returned it cleaner than when I dropped it off. You cant even tell the hood was replaced/painted, the paint job is seamless. Francisco was wonderful. Thank you guys so much!

Considering you guys did absolutely nothing to our vehicle except LOSE it, I am deeply unsatisfied with my experience. Blaming the tow company for "stealing" our vehicle without even looking in the key box for our keys is lazy and dumb. How you guys are even still in business when employing such idiotic staff is beyond me.

Excellent quality workmanship and customer care. I was looking for estimates in town to fix a scratch on my brand new Ram 1500. When I walked in I thought Savannah at the front desk had a slight irascible demeanor, then I found that she went over and above customer service finding an estimator available on the spot without an appointment. I then met with Francisco Martinez who was very hands on and professional. he came out with a quote. Classic Collision was not the lowest nor the highest quote I had received. After I dropped my truck off with them, they kept me updated on the progress, and again Savannah answered all my queries she could and for the questions she could not answer she connected me to the right person who did have the answers.
