My first visit and they have lost my trust as a consumer. Summary The going rate for the repair should have been between 750-850$ an d I was charged >1300$ I am very disappointed Details Up charged heavily for repair and labor. I had 2 front struts changed and was charged over 1300$. When I spoke with shop they told me it would be 325$ (for parts)(online they retail for between 150-360$ per pair) so I agreed. They charged me 650$ as well as 160$ for additional p[arts and >500$ for labor. The going rate should have been between 750-850$ I am very disappointed I absolutely DO NOT recommend

I contacted a ton of classic car garages in MA before settling on Coachworks. As a female owner of a 66 mustang, I have been treated extremely poorly by some of my male counterparts in the classic car community. Jim stood out to me immediately after our first phone call because he was extremely kind, wasn't condescending and took the time to discuss my car issues and what I had tried. I did not receive this high caliber of kindness and respect from any other shop I called and that is why I chose him to work on my car. I would highly recommend him to anyone else just based off of his customer service alone and his work is awesome as well.

Still honest people in this world. Jim is one of them. Was in a jam and got me back on the road in less the 2 hours and didn't over charge. Thank you Jim!

I went there in the spring early summer of 2023 talked to them about working on my classic Pontiac. I was told they were very busy and to call back in September. I came back in person middle of September and they told me that they were still busy.. leave your name and number and they'll call me.. Never heard from ANYONE from this place nearly a year later.. not good business practices you ask me 💯 Very disappointed 😞

Think I only passed by. But I see photos of old cars which brings back childhood memories to old people. Places like this are gems.
