Really nice people who are extremely good at what they do. I we t in for a lug removal and found out I had to have studs replaced due to them needing to drill the stripped lug. Great prices and really fast. I was in and out within an hour.

I would be VERY CAREFUL with this company. They have you over a barrel and they know it. I stopped in after a referral from Discount Tire Flag to get my van evaluated when we were on our way from Las Vegas to CO. We only stopped at Coconino Motors to have it assessed bc of damage Discount Tire (Las Vegas) did when they improperly lifted my van and broke a bracket. After eval, boss-lady was willing to go to bat for us and file an insurance claim against DT Las Vegas. Then "Pat" (owner?) strolled in to work. He looked mad about being there and out of sorts. Well, next thing you know, boss lady fills Pat in on what was happening in the kingdom. He listens to her... didn't look at my van, then he laughed and said, "No way that could have happened like that." He made a judgement call without

Went to three places in Flagstaff for A/C service, and other places back logged, or had trouble giving me an estimate. However, I had service here years back on another vehicle, and was still in computer system. Provided a quote, and diagnosed problem, and finished job in half a day. A/C on truck running "cool," during heat wave, that looks like may never get better. Kept up dated periodically during service. Excellent service crew and main desk. Never failed me in time of automotive repair needs. Quality parts, too.

Brake noise was diagnosed quickly and fixed efficiently at a reasonable price. My husband speaks and understands 'mechanic'. He says Pat, the owner seemed to be fair, experienced and honest. We were travelling and he sqeezed us in on the same day we arrived.
