College Collision Center

I have had several occasions to have body work done on my vehicles, from minor to major repairs. Each time "College Collision" was quick and accurate with an estimate for my State Farm Insurance Company. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was updated often on the progress of the repair. Once the parts came in, the repair was done within days, so a very timely manner. The outcome, - the finished product- was VERY good. Not long ago, my husband had an issue with buffing swirls on the new paint after a repair. The staff at "College Collision" were quick to make the time for the correction. In a wind storm a 50 ft. spruce tree top fell across my husbands "special, summer only pride and joy." The Insurance Co. wanted to total the vehicle but my husband couldn't a

This company does not stand behind their work. I have paid them more than $100,000 over the past 3 years for my fleet vehicles. They worked on my last one and did not hook up the radiator correctly (they replaced it in the scope of their work). 8 miles later all the fluid drained out. H & H auto fixed it. College Collision apparently thought that not paying my $650 repair bill was worth more than all my future business. I will never return again. This just shows how they value their customers.

Had the audacity to tell me the part to fix the handle on the brand new door they just replaced wouldn't be too expensive, instead of just properly fixing the door I paid them $4,000 to replace. Assuming they used old hardware, fair enough if you're trying to cut corners, but still left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was honestly too distracted by how clean the inside was to even notice how good the bumper repair looked. I had no idea they would detail the interior too and am now slightly mortified about how dirty it was when I brought it in. Whoever was tasked with this: thank you SO much and I’m sorry for the extra effort this must have taken. Thank you for the incredible service, it was a great surprise!

I won't be taking my vehicle back in the future for repair work. Trim and body work were poorly completed and a good chunk of it had to be redone. The decal had significant bubbling and I was told that 'bubbles evaporate out over time' - I'll probably end up redoing it myself. I've applied enough decals to know that's not even remotely true. I got the impression that they don't take pride in their work. Maybe it's just because it was an insurance claim but I can't recommend them based on the work they completed.
