After having a stressful night with the van overheating on a busy highway, we took it to Complete Car Care, where Jeannie greeted us, and was very understanding. She made us comfortable while we waited, and let us know where we could eat at while they worked on our van. Mike was able to replace the water pump and work on the thermostat, in about three hours. We're so happy to have found a place with competent and honest people, who gave fast, friendly service. And we didn't feel "ripped off". The van is running great, and we feel much safer now. Thank you! Will definitely recommend you!

Broke down on a trip, over a hundred miles from town, and the tow truck wasn't going to get me there before closing. These guys assured me that I could camp out in my van on the lot, and they would help me first thing in the morning. Sure enough, I was back on the road within a couple hours of opening time! Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating service 👍 Plus fast & fair!

Nice guys who helped us quickly diagnose and fix an odd part on our C-class RV while traveling across the country. Putting it on the lift helped them clearly see the issue, and they even let us come see it for ourselves before deciding our next move. Although it took a few days of us and them searching for the part that needing replacing, we kept in good communication, and they fixed it quickly as soon as it was received. Reasonable prices and a cool hotel nearby with excellent restaurants in town. Not an terrible place to get stuck for a few days with vehicle troubles!

My car recently needed to be towed and fixed for a water pump issue. I called around and they were the only ones that allowed me to do a payment plan (you are not able to pick up the vehicle until paid in full). They were able to have my vehicle diagnosed and repaired the next day. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable. I picked up my car today and it runs the best it ever has. Straight forward about the issue and more than reasonable on the price! Amazing customer service. Thank you so much for fixing my car! Will be a return customer in the future!
