Coyner's Auto Repair

My 1994 GMC had big problems. They looked at it and said it would be a week. I had to have it towed back to Tri Cities. They worked on it for 1 hour and no charge. Wonderful people. Thank you everyone there.

Just had my brakes done here and they were 1/3 the price I had been quoted by another shop. Very clean, nice shop, with timely service. Both gals in the office were very friendly and helpful as well! I definitely would recommend Coyner's Auto Repair and I will be a returning customer!

Horrible experience. Was quoted originally for a heater core which ended up costing me more than the quote my 4WD worked fine before going in. They told me it didn't work and needs to be replaced. They told me there was an exhaust leak which is why I smelt fuel and a sweet smell in the cab. Got the leak fixed in the exhaust and it didn't solve the issue. I was told it would take a week it took a month and a half. Pretty bad service and pretty shifty way of business. All said and done I came in there expecting to pay about 1k walked out spending 2k. Go at your own risk.

Excellent service! We brought in our son’s car (that had been sitting for 7 months) for a safety inspection before driving it to Seattle. Coyner’s checked it out and all it needed was a new battery, which they promptly installed. Very satisfied with their friendliness and professionalism! Highly recommend them.

Steering pump went out randomly on a Monday, call Coyner’s and they said to bring it on by Tuesday morning, got my car back the next day! Super fast service! Everyone is so incredibly nice! Great price! I will forever take my cars here for any auto repairs or mechanical issues I’m having! They forever have a costumer in me! Super relaxed experience! 10 out of 10! Thank you Coyner’s!
