Excellent service! The team at Grease Monkey got me in right away and had my oil change finished incredibly fast. I was on a tight schedule and they really helped me out by getting me taken care of so quickly without sacrificing quality. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I truly appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the whole experience was. Highly recommend these guys if you need fast, reliable service.

I am super impressed with Grease Monkey! I was in desperate need of an oil change and decided to swing in for a quick one. The assistant manager, I wish I could remember her name, was absolutely amazing! She showed me other fluids and their life span, what needed to be changed very soon and what was okay, and told me prices of them. I’ve never had such an informative oil change! She showed me my air filter (which was absolutely disgusting, whoops) and said they didn’t have it in stock but if went to an auto parts shop and brought it back, she would replace it for free for me - which I did the next day! My tires are also bald and I was explaining I was trying to find somewhere that would give me a good deal after just starting work again from being laid off. She offered to give me a couple

I came in for a simple oil change. Before the service, my car was running normally. After leaving the shop, within minutes, the oil warning lights came on and the car started stalling. It would reach about 2000 RPM and then choke and shut off. We were left stranded in the middle of the road. First, they told us the battery was dead — which made no sense because the car was starting. Then they said it was the alternator and left without resolving the issue. They also began performing diagnostics and handling filters that we did not ask them to touch. We only requested a basic oil change. We later discovered debris in the MAF sensor area after they had removed and handled the air filter. After cleaning it ourselves, the car started running normally again. Speedy, Great, and Amazing Service. Perry was the associate that helped me specifically. Perry and the rest of the team that were on shift while I was there were all super polite and helpful. They clearly communicated what was wrong and any changes, they explained, so there were no surprises! Worth the drive to Airway!

They are awesome as soon as you pull up somebody runs right out greet. You ask what you need. They’re just very polite people and they know what they’re doing.
