Very disappointed used this place a lot in the past and this was the last time. Brought 4 loose wheels to have new tires installed. Wheels are powder coated and they beat the heck out of the rim edge like they were dragged across the floor, asked for new valve stems to be installed got verbal confirmation they were didn’t notice until I got home that all 4 are the old ones. Very disappointed moral to the story if you have something you care about don’t go here and inspect your stuff before they start loading them in the truck.

Hands down the best experience I have had with any tire shop. I blew a tire about 8 miles from the location. Unfortunately I drive a hybrid, no spare just slime and a compressor, but with a blown sidewall that doesn't help I called 30 minutes before closing and they went above and beyond with amazing customer service. They all even stayed 45 minutes past closing to get everything wrapped up and taken care of.

Had a tire going flat. Unfortunately, it was after 5PM on the first snow of the year. I took a chance and stopped into the location. I figured they would tell me I needed a appointment for another day. But instead they didnt even flinch and immediately said "no problem, we will get that fixed for you." 40 minutes later the tire stem was fixed and I was out the door. Great team and great service!

I went in for a seasonal tire change over- but I asked them to please check my summer tires as they kept leaking air. 25 minutes later "Zachary" ****HUGE SHOUT OUT**** came up and told me straight up that I had torn beads and he ordered a brand new set for my car-- on them--- due to their accidental fault! I was without words and still am! BY FAR the most impressive customer service I've ever had! My wife Samantha and I greatly appreciate Zach for his professionalism and customer service: that is by and large the best we've ever had! Give this location a go! They will never let you down!!!

On 9/17/25, 170 miles from home we had a tire pressure monitor warning in our car and discovered a screw in rear tire. We were just a few blocks from your store. Was told would be a couple hour wait. Tire going flat. No other choice. But to our amazement you had it in and on the lift in about ten minutes. And to top it off, there was no charge. No wonder we've been with LS for about 50 years. Thank you!
