Gerber Collision & Glass

My car was hit in a parking lot and the insurance company- approved body shop was Gerber in Airway Heights. Having never used them before, we were unsure what to expect. I can highly recommend this outfit as they did a fantastic job repairing the damage to my car. Because we live 90 miles away, they suggested we bring it in on a Monday, they'd peform their inspection/estimate and have a rental car waiting for us. (Enterprise delivered a rental to their shop.) As the week progressed, we received daily texts informing us of progress and on Thursday, late afternoon, it was completed! We left the rental car at their shop and took our car, which was like new. I promise you won't be sorry if you choose Gerber in Airway Heights. Austin was our contact and he was awesome.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not do the work they claim to do. I took my car in and got over $3,000 worth of work done. I picked it up and it was still really messed up, so I took it to the dealership to find out that Gerber only did half of what they claimed and charged for. The Gerber associate even had a rude attitude towards me when I pointed out major issues still visible. Save your car, your time AND YOUR MONEY!!! Update: They have called me one time to resolve this negative review. There is nothing to resolve. However, I will include photos. These are photos taken right after Gerber collision claimed my car was repaired completely and cleaned, not one or two times, but THREE times. I was told it was put up on a tram to clean and that’s what they consider 3 times cleaned. Toyota found

Not the worst service I’ve experienced, but definitely not the greatest. I called them the Friday before my appointment to get a better understanding on the scheduling for a windshield replacement, so I’m not sure if I spoke to someone at this specific location or at a call center but whoever they were, they were not helpful at all. I asked very clear questions and it felt as if she didn’t have the answers. When we dropped the car off, the receptionist wasn’t very personable. And when we picked the car up, they gave us the keys and didn’t tell us where the vehicle was parked (all the way in the back of the building). This location was easy to find and was well-kept and organized.

One star is too many. Long story short, do not go here. We had a insanely horrible experience throughout the whole process. We were lied to multiple times. They called to tell me my car was done and told me I needed to bring a new battery with me because “they had been jumpstarting my car almost the entire time they had it there” but they didn’t tell a single thing about this. I talked to them weekly for over 4 weeks and they didn’t mention a single thing about it until the day they called to tell my car was done. Seems like a pretty important detail to leave out, unless they were at fault and purposely didn’t tell me they were jumpstarting my car for weeks.

I honestly would give it a 10/10 review if I could! The process was super easy and stress free plus Karen kept me up-to-date every other day on updates. When I got my car back not only did it look free of damage again, but they detailed my car very nicely. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
