NAPA Auto Parts

Twice I've ordered in stock parts for pickup (30 minutes) and they don't mark it as ready. I call them after an hour and a half and the parts are ready just sitting there.

We came in looking for tire chains and the assistant manager was super sweet and helpful! He even showed us the conditions of the road we were going to drive.

They advertise they close @ 6:00 pm. If you order online and get there at 5:50, the doors will be locked. Auto Zone or O'Reillys is open later. Apparently this Napa hasn't updated their actual closing time.

Way better selection of parts and more knowledgeable staff that the other auto parts stores in this zone.

I NEVER leave reviews, however the Napa in Airway Heights is ridiculous. I swung by to get some windshield wiper fluid and wasn’t greeted at all, which I know isn’t a major issue I just found it kind of rude since NO one was in the store so you’d think they’d want to use manners and be kind. Once headed back to my car I realized I locked my keys inside the car, so I went back inside and asked the employees if there was anything they could do or if they had a stick, pole, or hook I could temporarily borrow. They offered no help and told me to call 911 non emergency line. Note that there was all these large sticks and tools and hooks besides them… Idk if it’s store policy, but I just found it rude especially since I was the only person in the entire store.
