Creamer's Auto Service Center

My transmission blew out on a Monday and Creamer’s had my truck back in my hands by Friday with a brand-new transmission installed. It has been working flawlessly since. Creamer’s Tire & Auto did a great job, were professional throughout the entire process, and kept me informed along the way. I really appreciate the quality of their work and their quick turnaround. Huge thanks to the team for getting my truck back to me before the impending snowstorm — that meant a lot. I would absolutely recommend Creamer’s to anyone dealing with truck or automotive issues, and I’ll definitely be returning as a future customer.

SCAMMERS!!! Take your business elsewhere. I don't believe in giving bad reviews. I feel giving a business a permanent negative review based upon a singular interaction isn't fair. People have bad days, new people are always learning, machines break down, and a thousand other reasons why things didn't go smoothly. I feel my interaction with Creamer is so disingenuous that it isn't a one-off, it's a business mentality that preys upon customers and based upon pure greed. My Ram 2500 was showing signs of uneven wear. Speaking with a different shop, they informed me that the aggressive tires I used required frequent rotation. I wrote a review about Creamers probably about 5 years ago, but for some reason it was removed from google maps. Anyway, as I said in my original review, my wife took our 9-month-old minivan in for an inspection because we were new to WV and needed it done. Long story short, they told her she needed a new rear wiper blade (we didn't because the van was new) and over-changed her. They told her that she had to have it changed or the van would fail. She felt really pressured and agreed to it. Total scam and we haven't been back since. There are too many other honest shops in the area. Google, please don't delete this post again. I can show proof of the transaction if necessary.

I have had 2 instances where I have had issues with this place. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. First time I brought for an oil change for I didn’t have the time and tools to do it myself. A week later notice some drops of oil under my truck. Crawled under to inspect and found my drain plug was hand tight. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and understand people make mistakes. Didn’t call or make a big deal about it. 2nd time was more recent. Had an oil cooler go bad. My coolant reservoir, radiator, and whole cooling system was full of oil. Not having the time to do it myself with work and other more important things I figured I would just pay someone to do it. I just moved to WV and got my first state inspection on my car. Creamer’s Auto Center took me right away and Carl walked me through the entire process. It was fast, affordable and friendly service. Great place to get your inspection done.
