Best experience I have had at Valvoline! Fernando helped me out today and the quality of service was extraordinary, he was very welcoming and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had very easily! Also shouting out the other two workers who were there! They worked all together very nicely, efficiently, and that was one of the fastest oil changes I have had! :)
It was a truly beautiful experience, with joy flowing from all employees! I have never been so at peace with an oil change job before. The care that I received was beyond just good, it was fabulous. Manager Kyle was quite friendly and a joy to talk to, for surely needs a pay raise or bonus of some sort!
I received very courteous service from the Valvoline team at Ellensburg, working on Sunday morning 2025-DEC-14. Prices were clearly discussed, there was no unnecessary up-sale. For example, the engine's air filter was considered to be still good. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. The wait time was short and it didn't take long to get done. External lights (such as indicators) were checked with me. I believe wiper fluid and tire pressure are routinely checked. I felt very comfortable hand even had the feeling that my car was a little bit light footed after having it's oil change and differential fluid exchange. I also feel that I got a good price for the service received! The experience built a lot of trust and I would whole heartedly use it again!
There’s so much to say about this place and it’s all GREAT! Kyle and the team at Valvoline are superb. So friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they truly care about your experience and the service they give. You don’t have to get out of your car (big plus), my oil change was complete in under 30 minutes (plus plus), perfect customer service (plus plus plus) and fair pricing (ALL the pluses! This is my go to spot for oil changes in the county (come down from roslyn) and will continue to be. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you so much Valvoline crew, you guys all rock!!
Kyle was super respectful and had great service! along with the rest of the crew! always enjoy my visits.
