Discount Tire

Front desk guy wondered out to my car to look at a flat tire. Slowest tire guy I’ve ever seen but OK it’s whatever. Mind you, there’s two of them one of them is busting his butt the guy I got is still stoned from the night before I guess. He moseyed around my car scans the tread. The tires are a little over a year old. I bought goodyears from Walmart, but I have always bought all my tires from discount in the past including my fleet Vans. He comes back asks if I’d like to buy a new set of tires for some reason I said no they’re a little over a year old, but she acknowledged and said yes, then tells me he found a screw in a back tire which he claimed was in the shoulder and couldn’t be fixed of course. Came in to get 1 blown tire replaced and did not plan on getting a whole new et because it wasn’t in the budget. The crew noticed just how bad my other 3 tires were and worked with me on a great deal for all 4 tires because they were concerned for my safety. They got me back on the road in under an hour. I’d give them 10 stars if I could - they truly go above and beyond and care for their customers’ safety and well being.

Ryan and all the staff here at Burlington Discount Tire are great! Just replaced our tires we purchased there 6 years ago and almost 80,000 miles. With the lifetime extra warranty we even got one replaced for free as it had a nail in an unrepairable spot. These guys really have your best interest at heart. Also we love that they are nationwide so as we travel we are always covered.

My S10 is getting new tires from a local shop since you wanted me to make multiple trips, unnecessarily. Try engaging with customers in an authentic way. Don't ask if I like the sunny weather when it's cloudy and 34 degrees. Don't ask if "we" got the tires here or if "we" want a different style. I'm female and not married, there is no we.
