Avoid this place at all costs. Disappointing service, disrespect for your time, and negligence with vehicle security. This shop has gone completely downhill. I arrived with a flat tire and added myself to the wait list. After waiting about 30 minutes just to speak with a technician, he called my name. I responded immediately, but he told me to wait because he had "called someone else first." I watched him finish with that customer, then proceed to take another walk-in customer who arrived after me, followed by a lengthy phone call for yet another customer. I fully acknowledge they were busy and I understand that happens, but it's no excuse for such poor customer service and ignoring the order of arrival. Rated 2/5 stars— [after having to wave someone down because at least 3 employees looked up to see me but none took the initiative to ask if I needed help] Chandler approached and I asked for a quote on 4 new tires, same brand I currently have. He said “We can do that for you. Pull around to park, come on the inside, and just find me.” I did that! He came in right after me and hopped on the computer. I THOUGHT he was getting that quote for me, until another employee walked up. They chatted about something and both walked back out to the garage. Came in the day after a severe storm due to a nail in our tire. The team was scrambling to get things moving in the shop, but we were greeted quickly, checked in, and although quoted a two-hour repair time they were done in a little over an hour. On top of that the patch was free. I appreciated how quickly the process went given the overall situation.

For being a nationwide chain, Discount/America's Tire has always done well for me on service, price and availability. Staff is always great. I have been to 4 different stores between CA and NC. All have been good, but this one is the best though.
