I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible service I received on my little home built utility trailer while passing through on vacation to hang with family. Great service purchase 2 tires. Got down the road and blew another tire. NOT THE ONES I PURCHASED Sent their service tech right out. Change the tire, when AAA totally failed me. The roadside service was polite and helpful

THANK YOU to Gary and Red. I was midway on the first leg of my journey with about 400 more miles to go pulling a utility trailer. I had stopped for gas earlier and noticed one of my utility tires had a balding area, the next stop for gas in the Pooler area showed the other tire balding. I saw a big box tire center from I95 but they would not service utility trailers so they suggested Dorsey Tire and Auto Center and I am glad they did. After explaining my dilemma to Gary, he came right out to have a look, and was professional and kind. After a few suggestions, we decided to put my new spare on one side, swap the least affected for the spare and mount a new tire on the most bald rim. Red was technician.
