I was sent one of the most unprofessional tire repair services that I have seen in a long time by this company his attitude was nasty so I refuse to service Downtime will be charging me for a dry run, the dry run will be cheaper than the other tire that their vendor was about to destroy. I will never refer them nor use them again. Proper way to lift 40,00 pounds

DRIVERS/OWNER OPS/ROAD SERVICE BEWARE. If you do any kind of road service, DO NOT accept calls from this company unless you get paid UPFRONT. They called us for service which we gave them a 1hr eta. Upon arrival, the driver notified he already has the unit in a shop getting repaired and that he called this company a day prior and explained they made no effort to accommodate. Our company notified downtime and both parties agreed on a dry run. We charged 1/3 our minimum rates and sent them the bill for a dry run. They called the next day stating there was mishap on their end and gave the generic sob story, wanting a discount on already discounted rates. Fast-forward to day 13 and still no call, no email, no payment. Companies like this are the reason there's so much corruption in the industr

One of our trucks for Lake Transport went down in Jacksonville, FL. I called and there was no wait time on the phone. I spoke with Amanda, she was very helpful and friendly. The ETA given was very close to the actual wait time for our driver and it was under 2 hours. The repair was quick and our driver was happy to be on his way.

I called expecting a long delay and wait time to speak to someone, as this has become the norm for so many management companies. I was surprised to not only speak to a live person in less than a minute but to be speak to someone who was helpful, attentive and who listened to what I had to say. Most companies dismiss drivers. I was treated not like a customer but like a friend in need if help from another friend. Amanda thank you so much for your time and assistance in this matter. I hope to not need help again soon but feel better knowing that if I do you and your company are available to help me.
