Estimate process is smooth. Won't know how to rate them until after they work on my SUV though. Giving three stars for now as neither good nor bad. Will update in the end of March when the work is done. Ok... we're done. Took a while but it was a big job and completed in the time promised. Sophie's choiced my twin Mountaineers to save the best one. These guys pulled it off though! Happy with the work and the price which was 100% out of pocket. I'll go back for certain.

Eagle Valley Collision went above and beyond in customer service. They are very professional. They explained all the details and provided me with a loaner car while vehicle was being repaired. They were quick and very proficient at finishing the job. I definitely will take my cars there in the future. I highly recommend Eagle Valley Collision.

I got my truck towed here after I got into an accident on the 24th. I needed a whole new front end pretty much. They did an AMAZING job and were extremely professional! Gave me an oil change for free, charged me only for a part that I asked for that needed to be changed and didn’t charge me to install it, and surprised me with two new headlights. My truck looks great. I am very glad that I took my truck here. Very nice guys as well. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Tabitha was able to quickly order and receive all parts needed to replace my damaged front bumper. She was able to promptly schedule and repair my damaged vehicle. Two thumbs up! 👍 👍

So about 2 years ago I took my old busted Isuzu rodeo with some bumper damage up to this fine establishment, he fixed it for five bucks. :-) now my RAV4 has a protruding bumper, I took it up there and they fixed it in 10 minutes for $0! this is my most glowing review being a Google guide. Tell all your friends folks, these people are for real!
