Went above and beyond what was required! Kind, helpful, great service! I was visiting with extended family and so four kids under 5 yrs. old were with me. The check engine light came on my van just a few miles from our destination, Baker City, Oregon. I took the group to drop off the van. Randy and his staff were willing to get my van looked at immediately. They fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat and while doing so noticed the poor state of our tires. When Randy showed the tire to me even I could tell they were in a sorry state. It was a Friday afternoon and they didn't have our tires in stock. They valled until they found our tires at another shop. Although the other shop had the tires, the could not do the alignment on the weekend. Concerned for my safety and that of the kid

Broke down on busy highway at night. AAA had me towed here. Was worried if they were good/reputable even thou the tow guy, Jake, spoke highly of them. I talked with Randy in the am, who was so kind. He had to order a new radiator/thermostat, which meant us staying another night but he gave us a loaner car to use and even had one of his guys come in before the business opened, to fix our truck so we could get back on the road. Would highly recommend! Awesome place, awesome people.

My svc engine soon light was coming on so I took my SUV to Paul's and after a obd scan they determined it was the thermostat. I used their loaner SUV for a couple hours while they replaced it and performed a coolant flush. Randy the shop lead was cool and the price was fair. I'll go back again for sure. 👍

We recently had our boat worked on here, the engine was not running correctly and in the middle of summer boat season, that was frustrating. We heard through the Baker grapevine that Paul's worked on boats. With an extremely quick turn around, our boat is running perfectly! We are very happy with the service we received! Always fast and friendly service. They take care of all three of my vehicles. You can trust Paul and his team to shoot you straight. UPDATE: Paul retired, and I went off to live his best life. I'm happy for him, but as with any long-established business, when the main person leaves, you have to worry about the quality and service going with them. I'm glad to say that's not the case here. The new owner, Randy, has an eye for detail and customer service. Hunter and the rest of the guys still work there, and they have continued the pursuit of excellence. I have six vehicles that are primarily maintained and worked on at Paul's. They have taken on everything from emergency repairs to the front drive line and suspension in my all wheel drive vehicle to installing a rear view camera/mirror
