I had a great experience with Premier Auto Shop in Baker City. I wrecked my car about two hours from home, and Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He stayed in constant communication with me, making sure I knew what was happening and helping me figure out how to get my car to Boise. I called multiple times a day and the shop answered ever my phone call. I also needed something from my car and they with no hesitancy mailed it to me What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to assist me during a stressful situation. I truly appreciated his support and professionalism. Highly recommend Premier Auto Shop for anyone in need of reliable and caring auto service!

In July some damage was done to my F-150 that wasn't my fault. I took it in for a quote so that the other party could get it fixed. It was still drivable so I continued to drive it while they waited for the parts to come in. I dropped it off on 8-2-24 and got it back today, 8-12-24. They did a excellent job matching the paint and even washed it. I would recommend them to anyone that I like. Very satisfied customer.
