I booked an appointment for an oil change. The last time I changed my oil at Loves in the same state, Oregon, it cost me $415 including filter replacement. Here they quoted me around $500 for the exact same service. They told me the price keeps going up, but it couldn’t have increased that much in just a month. On top of that, instead of the stated one-hour wait time, I ended up waiting almost four hours. During the last hour they were supposedly “cleaning,” but when I asked how much longer it would take, they said they didn’t know, even though they were just standing around smoking. I simply didn’t have any more time to wait and had to leave for a delivery so I wouldn’t be late. I highly do not recommend this place. Extremely careless and disrespectful attitude toward people’s time, and

I waited two hours for them to replace my tires, but in the end they had a problem with the system, and I wasted two hours for nothing. I don't know where they find these technicians. In the end, they didn't replace the tire, and I wasted two hours for nothing.

Since I got here I knew I was in good hands. It’s a vibe, it’s energy. Anyone who is a good person has this gift of reading others. I knew I was in good hands here. Matthew is BEYOND INCREDIBLE. The word Professional has a middle name. That middle name is Matthew. I can write more but it’s not needed. Just make sure you ask for Matthew to work on your truck. I will ask for loads towards this area. I will schedule my repairs if they can wait. I will make sure it’s here. As long as Matthew is here. So will my tiny one man company. Very professional service. Arrived at 7am to fix my trailer mudflap. I expected the job to take 2 hours, but the guy did it in 2 minutes. The guy who helped me saved my ass. I'm so glad there are still such professionals in America. Don't hesitate to reward such professionals with a generous tip.

A week ago I had my oil changed there, and not only is the price clearly overpriced at this service center. But today a total collapse happened. As I was approaching Washington DC, the oil pressure suddenly dropped. I checked and found that the oil filter had simply unscrewed itself. They have young, unprofessional workers who treat their direct responsibilities very carelessly. Now I’m in a very bad situation - I want to give them a huge “thank you” for leaving me stranded in the middle of the road.
