My kenworth needed a starter motor. These guys had one in stock. I was stranded at the truck stop and these guys not only delivered the part but I also needed some more items later for instal and they went above and beyond to help me. Small town America at it finest. Thank you gents.

Had the same product at a higher price. 50 percent higher. I showed a competitive company's same product. And was told the price was what it was , take it or leave it. Not any offer to adjust an eighty dollar difference. Other than that. Great place.

We are campers and purchased a Napa battery at a different location a couple months ago. When we arrived at our Sumpter camp our battery was dead. We drove to Les Schwab to see if it would take a charge. They advised us a cell was bad. We headed over to Napa/Baker City and the assistant was the most helpful he exchanged our bad battery with a new Rv battery. We couldn't thank Napa enough. Beautiful camping trip.

I went in to get filters for my skid steer which I had done many times there and I asked the individual if their filter sale was still going. When the counter person asked me for the information on the skid steer I told them, there were two counter people. They told me there is nothing in the system and I had been getting filters for it for a few years now from there. They looked at me and said they can't do anything for me. I definitely would not waste my time again with this company. the service has become so bad. It seems none of them behind the counter knows anything about cars. Thankfully there is Carquest and O'Reilly's just a few blocks away.

Poor customer service is a fixable problem. I was quite disappointed that I waited for 20 minutes to be told no. Staff is friendly enough, but a smiling face isn't customer service. There are other places to go and I'm going there. Inexcusable. Edited: Since there was a response to my negative review, I'll assume someone cares. I'll be more specific of my issue to better inform NAPA to be fair. I was denied the use of a diagnostic device to rectify issue, like all other parts stores, and directed to an opportunity to purchase one. How pathetic. The proper response if they were holding out would be to direct me to a more capable, or willing competitor. Haven't returned and likely won't.
