Economy Towing

I am beyond grateful for the team at Economy Towing! My daughter, her two littles, and I were on our way to Phoenix when an error popped up on her vehicle. We had to pull over in somewhere land in the dark and could not see lights for miles. We were 300-+ miles from home and scared! We did not know where to begin and I attempted calling triple A. The triple A operator had a thick accent and became agitated that I could not understand him. I hung up. I called Economy Towing…The operator there was so kind and understanding while helping me as I had no idea what I was doing or asking. She asked for my location and pin and said she would get someone out to us as soon as she could. She gave me a timeframe and it was almost exact before the tow truck arrived. Stay away from them! I had a blowout in July and the guy they sent had no idea what he was doing!! He was videochatting with someone to ensure he was doing his job right and was giving instructions on how to do it! I was only 8 miles away from the city and they decided it was best to turn back around for another 15 miles and pick someone else up! That took another 40 minutes and another hour trying to pick up both vehicles only to realize he couldn't. They decided to leave me stranded, 15 miles back despite me being the first customer!! It took another hour or so for another truck to come and had the audacity to say I had to pay for the added miles when none of this mess was my fault! (I didn't pay after clearing it up.) Jackie was so patient helpful understanding in a very stressful situation. Thank you Michael for coming out in the middle of the night and helping and listening and to get our RV and taking it to storage for us. You both are angels on earth. Thank you again for saving the day. I would recommend you over EVERYONE especially for the LOWEST price out of everyplace !!!! ANNNDDD WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! After running out of battery on my EV just outside of Flagstaff I called Economy Towing to see if they had a flatbed truck. The dispatcher was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I waited about 30 minutes for my tow- which seemed really quick. I was super impressed with Nicki. She came out and was friendly and understanding. She loaded my car quickly and she suggested a closer charging station to use. Unfortunately my car wasn’t compatible with that charging station, but she was super patient and willing to help. Their rate was very affordable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Economy Towing.

After getting into an accident on January 16th. My insurance said they were sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. Noone came. I had my roommate come pick me up to get my other ride. I went back and stayed with my vehicle till 9:32 pm. The accident happened at 1:20 pm. So I called Economy Towing the lady was super friendly to me and they were there in 15 minutes.
