Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Over the last couple of years I have had the need to occasionally rent a larger vehicle for my business, and while the staff occasionally changes, everyone has always been kind and helpful. Two times there have been minor issues—which can be expected because sometimes things happen beyond anyone’s control: one time the vehicle I reserved had not been returned yet, and the second time, the vehicle I reserved was found to have a mechanical issue before my pick-up time. In both the cases the agent had me set up with a comparable vehicle as quickly as possible and I was on the road with very little delay. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. The only issue I have would be that at the Ellensburg location, they are closed on the weekend, but otherwise great service.

The rep did everything he could to facilitate my rental even with multiple issues. However the car i drove from washington to California over 700 miles at about the 500 mile mark the oil change light/ warning came on. Stating oil change required now . This happened in the middle of nowhere. No services available in 250 miles. Not happy. Stressed until reached my destination.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience renting from this location. Brittany McCrum assisted me and she-was-Awesome. I rented a Nissan Versa that averaged over 40 miles per gallon.......yes, you're reading that right, that was clean and a pleasure to drive. The price was honestly much lower than I thought a week would be so my weekly budget for food immediately went up, to my surprise. I will 100% be back to this location next time I need a rental.😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've rented from Enterprise several times this year and I'm always very satisfied with the entire experience. Booking a car online is very easy and fast, and you don't pay until you pick up the vehicle. There is a $200 deposit on every rental but they are very fast at refunding it when you bring the vehicle back. I love love love the unlimited mileage. Enterprise has helped my family have amazing vacations, get to appointments safely, and haul heavy loads across the state. The staff here goes above and beyond to meet your needs and make sure you're happy with your experience. Very friendly, professional, reasonable people. I always feel welcome and respected.
