I needed a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop for an extended repair, and Ethan provided outstanding, old-fashioned customer service. He took the time to explain all the details, walked me through the options, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car. Ethan is a true professional, and his attention to customer care made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

I always use Enterprise for my rentals. The branch in Leesburg is a great place to pick up your car. Very friendly people that work there. When I got there to pick up my rental they didn't have the one I was supposed to get because it had an engine code. After looking everywhere and all the cars on the lot he agent gave me an upgrade and I went on my way. They always take care of me.

The only reason I'm rating Enterprise - Leesburg 5 stars is because I can't give them 6. After getting a lot of run-around from my insurance co and the towing co following an accident, I needed to pick up my rental today. Needless to say I'm short on patience and manners. However even given my salty demeanor, the gentlemen at Enterprise were EXTREMELY polite and helpful, going out of their way to find the right rental for my needs. These guys clearly understand that they're not just in the car rental business, they're in the people business. Enterprise is lucky to have them and I hope they're recognized for their exemplary customer service. Thank you, gents!

The staff here is always pleasant and very efficient. They can be very busy in the early morning, but you can tell they do their best to get the customers taken care of quickly. Check-in is very quick and no physical paperwork. The vehicles are always clean and in excellent condition.

I am visiting from New York and one morning I noticed a low air tire pressure. I called the Enterprise in Leesburg for assistance and I spoke with Cole. He is courteous and professional and informed me to come to the office and they would switch out the car. I received another comparable vehicle rather quickly, and I was on my way to visit family. This Enterprise is very professional, I do recommend them for rentals of vehicles due to their courteous and professional conduct.
