Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It was easy to make an online reservation and to return the vehicle. The car was clean with a full tank and everything was in working order. Enterprise consistently outperforms other rental companies.

Flight was delayed but I had a reservation with the flight number attached and the rental car counter closed leaving me stranded in a small airport with my 8 yr old daughter. We couldn’t make it to our destination that night without a car so I was forced to get a hotel near the airport and pay for that one and the hotel at our destination plus the taxi to and from the airport once the rental car counter opened the next day!! What a disappointment and lots of incurred additional cost. Horrible experience and customer service.

Went on a work trip to Minocqua. Picked up my rental after landing and the front desk guy just handed me the keys. It was late, dark, and snowy so I didn't think anything of it. When I returned the vehicle 3 days later no one was there to assess the vehicle. Got a call 5 hours later once I landed back home in St. Louis. The manager said to me I really damaged the vehicle. I asked what he was talking about? Fortunately since it was a work trip work covered the damages. Be careful and have someone inspect your vehicle both before and after drop off still dealing with these scammers 4 months later. Be careful out in Wisconsin, Enterprise should be ashamed of their scam ring there.

Ray called us directly to say he’d be at the airport when our delayed flight was scheduled to arrive even though it would be after midnight. We told him we opted to take the 1st flight in the morning . Ray held our reservation and lowered the rate to match the shorter rental period.

We both had an amazing experience with Ray. We originally had a car reserved through Avis (which is directly next to enterprise inside the airport) who denied us service because I use a debit card, instead of a credit card. Luckily, our Knight in Shining Armor Ray was there. In a fraction of the time it took us to get finished with Avis, Ray had made multiple phonecalls to ensure that we were able to find transportation, and not be stranded at the hustling bustling airport located in Rhinelander. After he found us a vehicle at another branch, Ray personally DROVE us to said branch to pick it up. Not only did he go above and beyond with the customer service, he made us feel like we were his friends. After Ray dropped us off, we quickly hopped into a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (Which I prefer o
