Evergreen explained the problems with the car, helped do some prevantive maintenance while working in it, and was overall a great experience. I've bwen working with Evergreen Auto for a while now and it's always been a good experience. You normally don't go to a mechanic in good times. Evergreen understands this and worked with me to get my car ready to go. They even show me what parts are replaced, why the part failed, and if there are anyways to prevent it.

Since owning my car this shop has been very helpful in getting all my maintenance and repairs taken care of smoothly. Even when having car problems I've been pretty happy with the service here. They don't BS anything either, always upfront with whats needed along with costs. Staff are nice (only ever spoken to the dudes at the front desk but they have always been nice so far). They are also accommodating urgent car problems getting it resolved fast!

Jacob on the frontend advised me well and addressed my vehicle concerns. His service team performed the transmission service and the 32-point inspection. I was shown pics of the old transmission fluid, and it definitely needed replacement. Thank you, Jacob and your team, for the excellent customer service and service of my vehicle and in previous visits to Evergreen the team always gives honest advice and recommends necessary repairs and never has tried to oversell or talk me into anything I didn't need. They are professionals and I always feel I'm getting treated right and fairly. I highly recommend Evergreen Tire and Auto.

Genuinely a perk of living in Pullman is being close to this shop. Best car service experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is helpful, respectful, and willing to explain different options to me. Prices are transparent and communicated upfront. Plus they have a very sweet dog (Howie) who hangs out in the store. This place has made me stop dreading taking my car in for work.

My Daughter's car stopped running in Pullman and we had it towed to Evergreen Tire. Being several hours away it really nice to have an honest and accommodating shop to troubleshoot the car and tell us what was needed and not get taken advantage of. Jake and Ryan gave us a full report on that condition of the car, an excellent diagnosis and repair. Great shop, great guys who know their stuff and I highly recommend them!
