Wysup Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Update!!!! It’s been almost six months since we bought this truck and we still don’t have a title or license plates. No temporary tag was given at the time of sale, so we’ve had to rely on trip permits just to be able to drive it legally this entire time. After months of back and forth, Wysup finally sent the paperwork to the Oregon DMV to transfer the truck into our name. That’s when we received a letter from the DMV saying the truck we were sold as having a clean title actually has a salvage record and will only be issued a salvage title after a state inspection. This was never disclosed to us. The whole situation felt weird from the start, a salvage title drastically lowers the value of the truck and affects insurance and resale. If we had known this, we never would have bought it. W

I absolutely love Wysup dealership in Pullman, and the whole team that works there! I recently bought a third car from them. Each experience with them over the years I’ve been treated like family. Wysup clearly values their customers, providing honest answers, fast friendly service, and great mechanical repair. They are a true asset to the community.
