Had a great experience! Needed a quick brake change, and they were very nice and did it very fast as well. Will come here again if i ever have any more car troubles would highly recommend!

We left our car there on a Sunday evening, without an appointment. We weren't sure what to expect and thought they weren't going to able to get to it for a while. They got it in, diagnosed, and fixed it the next day! We have our new favorite repair shop in Pullman.

They saved the day again, My wife and I have taken our car in to south grand auto repair several times this year. Although I turn the wrenches when I can sometimes it’s a task above me. At one point this year I had them fix our A/C and inquired with the Tech Adam about my transmission linkage. I explained that Moscow transmission did the transmission recently and after having linkage problems the car could not properly go in to park. I explained to Adam that I could not get an appointment at the transmission shop due to their high volume and the closest place willing was in Spokane.This is not a repair they regular advertise. Been going here for over 10 years back when Jerry owned it. New owner is great too as he has done work for me over at the tire shop down the road. Honest assessment of what work is needed. Quick turn around on repairs. Shuttle service is great to get me to work while my car is worked on during the day and they drive me back to get my car at the end of my day.

I recently had an oil change done, and they were reasonably priced, fast, and friendly. The mechanic also gave me good advice about something that needs to be fixed with my car, and I was really happy with the service I received.
