Myers Auto Rebuild and Towing

As someone new to the area, this was my first experience with Myers, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. I moved here from Texas, where annual hail damage meant I became pretty familiar with body shops over the years. I always thought my previous experiences were solid until I came to Myers. The quality of the work was flawless, which is what you hope for, but what truly sets them apart is their customer service. The team is professional, communicative, and genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. They go the extra mile to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Hands down the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

I wanted to wait a while before writing the review just to make sure everything was working well. I was hit with a near total loss on my car almost exactly a year ago. Myers was super professional, they were the ones to tow and work on my car after the accident. They were a preferred tow and repair shop for my insurance which made it even easier. They were very good at communication, let me know about everything they were doing, called me to give me updates along the way and even offered advice. They worked amazingly with my insurance to make sure everything was approved and sent in in a very timely manner. They even discovered more work that needed to be done after their initial inspection after they started working on my car and updated everything on the estimates. They are very friendly

Great service from this shop. They were able to coordinate directly with my insurance provider. The work on my vehicle looks great and it was completed sooner than anticipated. They were even able to coordinate the return of my rental with Enterprise. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Steve Jr. is great to work with. Made the process for ordering repair parts a breeze. We exchanged information on the particulars and parts arrived within a week. There was an issue with the repair found when I when to pick it up. Steve, Steve Jr., and the employee all went to work ASAP to address it. The problem was found, corrected, and fixed correctly. Mistakes happen, and they not only acknowledged it but made it right, right then. Thanks for getting my JL back into service!
