They consistently deliver services at a fair price, with high quality, and on time (or early). They just recently saved me over $300 on a small repair versus a dealer quote. ICS is my go-to shop for servicing my Subaru and my son’s Honda. Thank you Team ICS!

Awesome people. They know their stuff, their service is wonderful, and they don't glaze over details. They continue do good work for years. Have brought my rigs (mostly toyotas, an audi once) here for years and will continue to do so. Carl and his team are friendly, helpful, honest people who deserve your business.

I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. I thought I had an electrical issue; I think Carl knew I was a bit stressed, so he took a look almost immediately. He had it fixed 20 minutes later. Carl and his wife (I think Marie but I’m awful w/names) have been doing this for decades and are a great example of what you want from a small biz: competent, fair, friendly, and crazy knowledgeable. They’re also just pleasant people in general. They became my go-to mechanics on my first visit. A+

My daughters VW bug started billowing black smoke 20 miles outside of pullman. Had it towed to Imported Car Svc. They took the time to look at it next business day. Carl gave me a detailed diagnosis, and told me FRANKLY that it will take more money to fix this car than it's worth. Carl was cool, genuine, gave detailed problems and fixes. Carl told me not to throw good money after bad. It's rare to find someone to recommend you don't pay them money.

I LOVE Imported Car Service located in Pullman. Carl and his wife own and work in the shop, and he’s the only person I trust with my Subarus. He knows my name when I call, he’s always given me a fair price and great value for the work he’s done on my vehicles, and he’s timely. My WRX has been getting a work over with a new clutch and radiator, but Carl also took the time to look her over completely and make some recommendations on quick repairs he could that would save me money and a future visit later. He also did some work for free and took my car to a tire place to have the flat repaired. If you drive an import, and are looking for a shop I cannot recommend Carl’s shop enough.
