Trustworthy and kind! I went in to have him check out a piece of plastic that was dragging underneath my car. It was such a small repair he just fixed it and said there was no charge. He took time out of his day to help me for free just to be nice. I'm definitely coming back for larger repairs!

They did a great job! They even stayed late to finish my car! The final cost was the same as they had quoted, which is amazing! Friendly, good people and good service! Highly recommended!

Jeff's mechanic destroyed TWO of my brand-new snow tires,(worth $500). Four inches of the beads on both were ripped out. Jeff told me it was "common" and happens when the tires are "stretched out over the rim". Do not trust this guy.

A few days ago, my dad, who is a legal resident and does not speak English well, stopped by to ask for information about services. Instead of helping him or showing even a little patience, or kindly declining to help him, someone there was extremely rude and literally told him to leave loudly without giving any information. We had the money to pay for their services and were genuinely interested, but the way he was treated was disheartening and unacceptable. I can’t speak to the quality of their repair work, but the attitude toward a potential customer was appalling. Respect and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was not shown here.

The best, hard-working and honest car rapair shop in Pullman. When your car has an issue, just bring them here! You will always be assured and your cars will be fixed well!!!! Must go in town!
