Mathew came and helped change my tire with roadside assistance. He was ANAZING kind knowledgeable and very speedy. Made me feel safe and like it would be ok. He was a great person to work with and have him help me out. Definitely recommend Mathew at Finley river! Finley river is lucky to have such a great staff representing them as a company.

My car landed me on the side of the interstate 6 hours from home. I asked God if he would take care of me and if he would get me home safe. And I believe he sent the best driver y’all have to take care of me. Thank you Billy Ray for taking that call. Not only was he willing to go out of the way when no one else would but he was such a gentleman and a joy to chat with . He made a 8 hour round trip to make sure I got back home safe to my kids. We had an excellent experience with Finley River Towing, especially Matt. Our car was completely dead at Springfield Airport around 11:00 PM, and we requested roadside assistance through USAA. Matt showed up quickly, got our car unlocked, and charged the battery to make sure we were fully good to go before he left. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful during a stressful late-night situation. The whole process was smooth and easy, and they truly helped us out in a pinch. Nobody wants car trouble. When our plans to have dinner with friends took a backseat to losing power on 65 during rush hour, Brody and the team not only showed up earlier than expected, but he helped us put things into perspective, reminding us it can always be worse and even prayed after getting us home safe. Kind, professional and genuinely caring.

I was on the side of rd and called James River Towing. They were very helpful and very nice. I think they are the fastest towing company that came to the recuse within and hr!
